Since 2021, our mission has been simple: make sauna and cold immersion affordable and accessible for everyone.

Our Minneapolis location serves 300-400 people daily—everyday people who found a place they actually want to show up to. A place to reset and connect.

We're not a luxury spa or biohacking lab. We're building bathhouses for real people at a price that works.

Frequently Asked Questions

We are a bathhouse offering contrast therapy. We have three electric saunas and a 13-person cold plunge. Our saunas are set to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, while our cold plunge sits around 38 degrees Fahrenheit.

We offer a monthly unlimited subscription for $49.95/month.
We have single drop -in sessions available for $24.95/ea, and some session packages available as well.
Always bring a change of clothes, whether its athletic attire or swimwear. Some people choose to wear water shoes or sandals, just make sure they are not the ones you wore to get here (no outside shoes allowed in the space). Bring a towel and a water bottle (if you forget, no worries, we have them on site for purchase). Otherwise just bring an openness to trying something new!
