  • We are a bathhouse offering contrast therapy. We have three electric saunas and a cold spa that seats 9-13 people. Our saunas are set to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and our cold plunge sits around 38-43 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Getting started is simple! Download our app, follow the prompts to claim your two complimentary sessions, and book your first visit!

  • Our mission is centered around affordability, accessibility, and community. That’s it.

    We do have a voicemail set up, but email is the quickest and easiest way to reach us. If you do call, please leave a message and we will get back to you via text or email as soon as we can.

  • $49.95 (excluding tax) for unlimited access to all of our locations.

    Single drop-in sessions: $27.50

  • Always bring a change of clothes, whether it is a swimsuit or athletic attire (clothing is required).

    Some people choose to wear water shoes or sandals, just make sure they are not the ones you wore to get here (no outdoor shoes allowed in the space).

    Bring a towel and a water bottle (if you forget, no worries! We have them on site to purchase).

    Otherwise just bring an openness to trying something new!
