Who we are

This policy covers Embrace North, LLC ("we", "us"). It applies to embracenorth.com, the Embrace North app, and our locations in Minneapolis and Denver.

What we collect

Information you give us.

• Your name, email, phone number and address when you create an account or sign the waiver.
• Payment details when you buy a membership, session or gift card. Our payment processor handles your card number. We never see or store it.
• What you write in our forms, like the membership freeze form.
• What you send us by email, text or voicemail.

Information collected automatically.

• Your bookings, visits and purchases.
• Basic device and browser details, your IP address, and the pages you visit on our site.
• Cookies and similar tools, explained below.

How we use it

• To run your account, bookings, membership and payments.
• To answer your questions and handle requests, like freezes.
• To send you booking emails and texts, and news you can opt out of anytime.
• To keep our locations safe and to keep a record of signed waivers.
• To understand how people use our site and to measure our ads.
• To follow the law and protect our rights.

Who we share it with

We share information only with companies that help us run Embrace North. They may use it only to do that work for us.

• Mariana Tek (Xplor) runs our booking, accounts, app and checkout.
• Stripe processes card payments.
• Netlify hosts this website and receives what you submit in our forms.
• Google provides email, maps and Google Analytics.
• Meta provides the Meta Pixel for Facebook and Instagram ads.
• BrandBot sends our marketing emails. It connects to our Mariana Tek account.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect someone's safety, or if Embrace North is sold or merged.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies, analytics and ads

Our website uses cookies. Some keep the site and booking tools working. Others come from Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.

Google Analytics shows us how people find and use our site. The Meta Pixel helps us measure Facebook and Instagram ads, and may be used to show you our ads on those apps.

You can limit this:

• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
• Install the Google Analytics opt out add on from Google.
• Change your ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of ads based on your activity.

How long we keep it

We keep account and booking information while you are a member, and for a reasonable time after. We keep signed waivers as long as the law or our insurance requires. We delete or anonymize information we no longer need.

How we protect it

We use trusted service providers, secure connections and limited staff access. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise your information will never be exposed.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we have about you
• fix anything that's wrong
• delete your information, unless we need to keep it by law
• stop sending you marketing emails or texts

Email info@embracenorth.com to make a request. We may need to confirm who you are first. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under state law.

Age

You must be 18 or older to be a member or visit our locations. Our website and app are not meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Links to other sites

Our site links to other sites, like the app stores and Google Maps. Their privacy policies apply there, not ours.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For big changes, we'll also let members know by email.
